I started cooking around 15, inspired by my family and driven by curiosity. Over time I became obsessed with technique, flavor, texture, and international cuisine—and that curiosity still shapes how I build each course today.

My philosophy is simple: I cook with love and passion, like I’m cooking for my own family. I’ve learned that care, consistency, and a positive mindset make all the difference in the final dish.
